Summary of Position:

Responsible for supporting the store’s complete operations through fulfilling assigned tasks and duties.

Assist in designing and implementing effective merchandise displays.

Ably cross-trained to carry out tasks such as operating cash registers, providing excellent customer service, and restocking supplies.

Core responsibilities and assignments:

• Complete sales transactions while operating the designated cash register.
• Ensures the safekeeping of all valuable monetary assets.
• Guarantees the protection of all company goods.
• Puts customer service as a top priority and maintains a high level of quality.
• Communicates with customers, colleagues, and managers in a cheerful and supportive tone.
• Receives merchandise.
• Lend a hand in the process of unloading trucks.
• Adheres to safety guidelines to a tee.
• Conducts oneself according to the established guidelines and procedures.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Without the requisite math skills, carrying out cash accounting tasks can be challenging, and errors may occur in financial records.
• To engage customers positively, it is vital to have adequate verbal communication skills.
• A person of utmost integrity and unshakable honesty is required to handle the cash transactions with diligence.
