Store Support Specialist :

Summary of Position:

Obligated to assist in the overall functioning of the designated store, while performing necessary tasks and fulfilling assigned responsibilities.

Contribute to the store's visual presentation by providing support in its merchandising efforts.

Scope of duties include having mastery in cash register operations, customer handling, and restocking procedures.

Principal assignments and duties:

• Manage the assigned cash register and complete sales transactions.
• Maintains the safety and security of all currency.
• Provides protection for all assets of the organization.
• Ensures a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
• Maintains a cordial and cooperative attitude towards patrons, coworkers, and superiors.
• Receives merchandise.
• Offer support in the unloading process of trucks.
• Conducts activities with an emphasis on safety.
• Upholds the rules and regulations in a consistent manner.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Cash accounting demands essential numerical proficiency for maintaining financial records with precision.
• A good command of verbal communication skills is necessary to ensure proper engagement with clients.
• The position requires a candidate with a strong sense of integrity and honesty to manage the financial transactions.
